Vintage Red Ruffled Dress/ Pearl Drop Earrings-Vintage/ White Pointed Toe Heels- Zara
I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited to share photos with you than these ones. For me this outfit I’ve waited to wear for a very long time and this particular shoot I’ve waited for my whole life. These photos represent very feeling and moment I felt while being in Paris, and the best part is my best friend captured them.
I remember months ago I was scavenging through racks of vintage clothing at one of my favorite vintage shops, American Rag Pie, and I can recall the moment I found this dress. It’s ruffles were peaking through a row of formal dresses and as soon as I pulled it out I knew this was the one or as I like to referred to it as “Robe Tour Eiffel”. From it’s playful flounce, great volume, delicate shape, vibrant red color, and rhinestone neckline… everything about this dress said Paris to me. And it even made me squeal a little when I found out it fit me like a glove.
Remembering that moment to the moment I slipped it on in Paris I had myself falling in love with it all over again. I had roamed the back streets of Paree in this little red dress from morning to night and falling asleep in it at the end of the day. It was the perfect dress to celebrate a moment so personal to me. A day that will always hold a charming place in my heart. Une part de bonheur♥
